Wollega University Institute of Technology [WIT] is currently conducting an External Curriculum Review Workshop as part of its ongoing effort to enhance academic quality and meet accreditation requirements. The workshop focuses on reviewing curricula in five programs: Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Food Engineering, Surveying Engineering, and Urban Planning and Design.

The review aims to ensure alignment with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and the University’s applied education philosophy, strengthening the relevance of the programs to industry needs and societal demands. Experts and stakeholders are providing valuable feedback to improve curriculum quality, practical competence, and graduate employability.
