The UiS project team  consists of five members: three researchers and two administrative staff. – Prof. Hirpa G. Lemu: project applicant from Norway & project leader (Chairman of the Project Management Committee). Relevant expertise include design, product development, additive manufacturing, mechanical system analysis, optimization of energy converters.

Contributes in in revision of curricula and development of new curricula for south partners, supervision of Ph.D researchers and MSc theses and teaching of postgraduate courses. – Prof. Dimitrios G. Pavlou (UiS): project team member, expertise includes solid mechanics, finite element analysis, etc. Dr. Pavlou participates in revision of curricula and development of new curricula for south partners, supervision of Ph.D researches and MSc theses and teaching of postgraduate courses. – Assoc. Prof. Ove Mikkelsen (UiS): project team member, expertise in 3D modelling, product development, finite element analysis. Dr. Mikkelsen participates in supervision of Ph.D researches and MSc theses and teaching of postgraduate courses.

In addition, two members of administrative staff with many years of experience in international collaboration issues will providing support in implementation of the project. – Mrs. Vanesa Grace Ochon: team member and providing administrative supports. Mrs Ochon will serve as member of the Project Management Committee. – Mrs. Magdalena Maria Brekke, Senior Advisor for International relations.To support the qualification of the academic staff in south and facilitate financial deliver system from NORHED II-NORAD to South, three professors are involved in INDMEET project from University of Stavanger with strong backgrounds in teaching of the relevant courses in product development and manufacturing. Working with south partner was initiated by Prof. Hirpa G. Lemu. Thus, Prof. Hirpa G. Lemu is leader of the INDMEET.
